Performance test and analysis of solar floor radiation heating in Yinchuan region

Regarding to the problems of large energy consumption and environmental pollution caused by the conventional heating methods in Yinchuan region in winter, designs a solar low-temperature radiant floor heating system. By testing the experimental parameters including indoor and outdoor air temperature, solar irradiance, inlet and outlet temperature of heat collect medium during the heating period, analyses the solar energy heating load, collection efficiency, and energy saving rate. Discusses the application feasibility of solar floor radiation heating in Yinchuan. The test results show that the average indoor air temperature can be maintained higher than the average outdoor temperature by 12 ℃ during a whole day with solar low-temperature radiant floor heating. The suitable running time of the solar energy collecting system is 10:30-16:30, and the solar thermal efficiency can reach above 60%. The daily solar radiation heat gain is 65 MJ, which accounts for rnore than 70% of total heating loads.
